Property Description

Subject Property A (229th Street W) is located on the west end of the Antelope Valley, near the community of Neenach and over 22 miles west of Lancaster. The property is bounded by 230th Street W on the east, W Avenue F on the north and 234th Street W on the west. The bottom 1/3rd of the parcel is bisected by W Avenue E15 and 229th Street W runs northwest through the southeast corner of the property. Each of these streets are unpaved dirt roads. The surrounding area is spotted with large residential lots. There are some agricultural and solar farm uses in the area, but for the most part, the area consists of range land that is unimproved and in a natural state. The California Aqueduct runs immediately north of Subject Property A and Highway 138, which is paved, is one mile to the north.
