Subject Property (105th Street W) is located 14 miles to the southeast of Property A and 10 miles southwest of Lancaster. The parcel is located immediately north of the California Aqueduct. The eastern boundary of the property is bounded by 105th Street, which is an unpaved dirt road. The nearest paved road is 110th Street W about 1,500 feet to the west. There is one home site immediately west of the property and several solar farms immediately to the east that stretch about 2.5 miles along W Avenue L. Further east (about three miles) is the first major residential community on the west end of the valley, Quarts Hills. Other land uses in the area include the SCE Antelope Substation, which is located just under two miles to the northeast, which the surrounding solar farms feed into. The remainder of the area is range land.
